The role involves preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, operating basic bakery equipment, and ensuring food safety standards are followed. Key Responsibilities Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients according to recipes. Assist in mixing, baking, and decorating bakery products. Prepare dough, batters, fillings, and toppings. Package and label baked goods for display or sale. Clean and sanitize bakery equipment, utensils, and work areas. Monitor ingredient stock and assist with inventory management.
