POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Nurse Practitioner (Stroke Specialist) will provide leadership and coordination of services for patients with a diagnosis of stroke across the continuum including: hyperacute, acute and stroke prevention care. The successful candidate will care for patients with stroke in the Emergency Department, Intensive Care, Acute Stroke Unit and the Stroke Prevention Clinic.
