Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable, resilient backend architectures following best engineering practices.
- Build secure, high-performance, and reliable backend services, primarily in a microservices‑oriented environment.
- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote engineering best practices across the team.
- Drive automation, security, and observability initiatives across backend services.
- Lead the adoption of new technologies and the continuous optimization of CI/CD pipelines.
