Este es un puesto de trabajo remoto. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Implementation Technical Lead to lead the implementation of our AI-powered SaaS platform. This role combines hands-on technical execution with project coordination, working directly with customers, delivering technical solutions, ensuring implementation quality, and supporting complex enterprise deployments. Requisitos Must Have Experience leading SaaS or enterprise software implementations. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Webhooks, and OAuth. Hands-on experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms. Solid SQL and database knowledge. Experience integrating with SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and WhatsApp Business API. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Functional understanding of AWS or Azure cloud environments. Experience conducting client discovery sessions and gathering technical requirements.
