Requirements
- Mechanical Engineer Degree or equivalent;
- Experience in suspension system development with strong product development focus;
- Broad experience as a product development engineer in the automotive industry;
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (stamping, casting, forging...) and material properties;
- Application of quality tools (Risk Analysis, DFMEA, Root Cause Analysis, etc.);
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in cooperation with others;
- Flexibility to perform a wide range of tasks and accept new challenges, responsibilities and assignments;
- Fluent in English (written and verbal);
- International and multi-cultural experience within a global and cross-functional organization.
