$26.32/hr, as per the Collective Agreement 440. Once trained, School Bus Driver rate is $29.24/hr.

Rocky Mountain School District No. 6 is now accepting external applications for Casual School Bus Drivers in Training in the Golden Zone.
Bus Drivers in Training are expected to obtain their Learner’s permit once hired and train as a bus driver. Up to 25 hours of paid training (pre-trip and driving) will be provided over four months while obtaining a full Class 2 license. The School Bus Driver is responsible for the safe operation of school buses used to transport students on prescribed routes within the School District. The School Bus Driver may also participate in the busing of students on curricular and extracurricular field trips both inside and outside the district.
