About The Opportunity

The Provincial Justice Coordinator supports and assists Métis people within a complex, challenging, and evolving provincial and federal justice systems. The position will manage a large-scale access to justice initiative with the objective of easing the challenges Métis people face as they navigate the complexities of the justice system. The initiative is an integral function of the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs that aims to address systemic barriers, current intersecting issues, and holistically support the individual through an integration of a trauma‑informed approach and Métis cultural values.
