We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Neighbourhood Service Manager to lead our Adult Community Mental Health service (CMHRS) Spelthorne. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive the delivery of high-quality, integrated care across local communities, working in close partnership with primary care, social care and voluntary sector organisations.
As the service manager, you will be responsible for the operational management and performance of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring services are safe, effective and responsive to the diverse needs of adults.
