Job Description
Overview
Generate new business opportunities through email, phone, social media, conferences, and professional networking. Build relationships with prospective clients across libraries, archives, museums, and higher education institutions. Lead discovery meetings to understand client goals, challenges, and requirements. Conduct product demonstrations and guide prospects through the evaluation process. Prepare and respond to proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs. Identify opportunities where Discovery Garden’s solutions can deliver value. Represent Discovery Garden at conferences, webinars, and industry events. Collaborate with technical and leadership teams to support sales opportunities. Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in HubSpot CRM. Stay informed about trends in digital collections, repositories, preservation, and related technologies.
