Daily Life of a successful AGM:
- Manages client's recruitment processes, from onboarding roles to making outstanding recruitment plans and closing placements
- Leads a team of talented recruiters, setting top-level targets and goals, and ensuring that the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently
- Trains its recruitment team in soft and hard skills, as well as managing their performance, and providing ongoing support and guidance alongside the Sales Manager
