Account Manager
Location: Abbotsford, British Columbia. Status: Full Time, Regular.
Reports to: Branch Manager.
We are looking for an Account Manager who enjoys a fast‑paced environment, demonstrates initiative, and maintains a positive professional attitude.
Tasks / Responsibilities
- Contact current and prospective clients to identify their need for existing and/or new products.
- Respond to and process incoming calls and orders.
- Open new accounts and maintain the existing customer base.
- Make proactive outbound calls.
- Maintain knowledge base on current products and learn about new products.
- Provide pricing quotations and follow‑up on quotes.
- Provide basic technical support on products.
- Build strong relationships for repeat opportunities.
- Communicate with suppliers on project and non‑stocking product opportunities.
