Your role involves challenging customer approaches, connecting them with the right Microsoft stakeholders, and implementing AI tools to optimize workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own customer accounts after go-live and ensure revenue growth
• Advise ISVs on program eligibility and plans for advancement
• Implement CRM integration and other processes for transactions
• Challenge ineffective customer strategies and propose revisions
• Connect customers with Microsoft AEs and PDMs for co-sell opportunities
