Mountain West Studios (MWS) is a leading provider of school portraits in Western Canada. We proudly serve elementary, secondary and post‑secondary schools from our head office and lab in Burnaby, B.C. We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in the Lower Mainland. This is a full‑time position reporting to the Client Partnership Manager.
Responsibilities
- Take photos efficiently that meet customer needs and the company’s quality standards, maximizing sales and account retention.
- Oversee and facilitate the execution of photography events, ensuring quality, customer experience and smooth operations for administrators, staff, students and families.
- Schedule photographers and event staff to ensure proper coverage.
- Mentor, train and evaluate photographers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or other issues on site to minimize disruption.
