Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a key multinational account or a portion of an account, depending on the size and scale, within the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries, with the primary objective of delivering profitable growth.
- Must have experience in Life Sciences and the US Healthcare payer/provider industry.
- Experience with Indian GCC is essential, along with the ability to hunt for new business opportunities.
- Manage client relationships with key decision-makers, focusing on expanding existing strategic accounts.
- Responsible for achieving the yearly revenue growth targets.
- Collaborate with presales, solutioning, and delivery teams both onsite and offshore during the ramp-up phase, ensuring value delivery to clients during the steady state.
