Overview
The Finance department is responsible for the governance and control of financial processes in Brazil, operating in close partnership with the Shared Services Center (SSC). The team ensures compliance with local and global requirements, accurate execution of payments, proper reconciliations, and adherence to corporate policies and internal controls.
Responsibilities
- Act as the end‑to‑end owner of International Accounts Payable processes in Brazil
- Ensure payments, clearings, and reconciliations are properly executed, validated, and completed, including activities performed by the Shared Services Center (SSC)
- Coordinate payments to foreign suppliers and intercompany transactions, including foreign exchange (FX) closing, down payments, and bank approvals
