Once those accounts go live, they need a sharp, people-first representative who can stay in touch, spot issues early, and funnel feedback to the product and engineering team so our automations keep getting smarter. What you’ll do
- Check in regularly with maintenance-phase clients (call, email, slack) to review performance metrics, gather feedback, and keep relationships warm.
