Responsibilities
- Understands clients’ businesses and marketing strategies to ensure that all campaigns, programs and projects are aligned with business goals.
- Builds strong relationships with clients by acting as a strategic advisor.
- Represents the client’s best interests.
- Assembles and shares strategic insights with clients.
- Develops proposals and scopes of work in conjunction with agency team members.
- Promptly addresses any client issues with the clients and agency team members.
- Proactively manages account financials, ensuring overall account health, appropriate team allocation and agency compensation.
- Develops strategic campaigns and programs that produce results.
- Provides leadership and insights during strategy, ideation and campaign execution.
