Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Commercial Superintendent, you will be responsible for:
Assisting with Monthly management reporting, educating end users of the accounting system with awareness and understanding of processes applicable to the accounting modules.Manage the Asset Register to ensure all assets are accounted for.Reconcile Asset Register on a quarterly basis.Provide cost reporting analysis to managers and supervisors with transparency of costs.Facilitate cost review meetings with department managers and supervisors.Administer and control project/CAPEX applications in line with policy and use of the accounting system.Assist with the preparation of financial statements with notes to Join Venture stage where appropriate.Ensure trial balance reconciliations are completed.Applying data science techniques to forecast production cost...
