You’ll collaborate with Corporate Development teams to lead financial accounting related to acquisitions, including purchase price allocations. Your expertise in U.S. GAAP and IFRS will support accurate valuation and documentation, as well as ensure a seamless month-end and quarter-end financial close. Work on assessing intangible assets and managing comprehensive budgets for new business ventures.
