Key Responsibilities and Duties / Essential Functions
- Process expense reports in Certify.
- Perform full accounts payable cycle for third party vendor and affiliates.
- Handle Corporation Tax (include payroll, IMSS, federal and local tax).
- Manage monthly closing and reporting for Mexico office.
- Assist with human resources, administration and purchasing.
- Monitor and prepare monthly cash flow projection for corporate headquarters.
- Assist in AR collection, including Integral Key Accounts.
- Produce ad hoc reports as required by Accounting Manager or Facility Manager.
- Maintain corporate meeting minutes, contracts and policy and procedures.
