Summary About the Position: Serves as the Financial Analyst in the Resource Management Office. Performs work requiring the application of budget, finance, accounting, and travel principles, theories, concepts, and practices to ensure that financial management and accounting systems produce accurate results and meet legal and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Provide accounting expertise and financial management advice for assigned programs. Trains staff in proper CEFMS use including transaction processing and data interpretation. Analyze trends, investigate discrepancies, and ensure all reporting is accurate, timely and meets the highest standards of transparency and accountability. Provides financial integrity, transparency, internal controls, and regulatory compliance of all assigned programs. Diagnoses and solve complex financial system issues.
