In this role you will:
- Serve as a key member of the Accounting Shared Services team, supporting financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Perform daily audits of store transactions, analyze and resolve out‑of‑balance issues, and complete timely reconciliations and correcting entries.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure transactions are reflected accurately in the financial systems.
- Escalate issues to the proper departments and follow through to resolution.
- Take the lead reviewing and assessing existing accounting operational processes.
- Analyze root causes of issues and recommend improvements through automation, standardization, and advanced analytics.
- Support and document various ERP, financial systems and other tools enhancement initiatives to further streamline the financial process end to end.
