About the Job
We are hiring an Accounting Clerk for the Pape Tunnel Underground Stations project. This position reports to the Finance Manager.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide support for accounting functions and accounting for related projects, including backup support to Accounts Payables/Receivables.
- Assist the Accounts Payable and Finance & Administration Manager onsite in preparing monthly reports for owner/consultant and internal reporting.
- Assist with collections, reconciliations; seek approval and process all project‑related subcontractor payments, general expenditures, internal hourly payroll costing allocations and other financial transactions in a timely manner to meet all contract payment terms.
