Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop Accounting teams (incl. Intercompany & R2 R Supervisors)
- Oversee Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Month-End Close & Reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
- Monitor KPIs & SLAs
- Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement
- Support audits and compliance profile
- Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting
- 8+ years experience (3+ leading teams)
- Strong knowledge of Accounting process
