Golden Life Management is a family-owned leader in seniors’ living and care, operating retirement and care villages across British Columbia and Alberta. The opportunity is in Cranbrook, BC, for a permanent, full-time Accounting Manager role within the Finance & Administration team. The position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and leads a team of seven accounting professionals across accounts payable, revenue collection, and payroll.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of seven across accounts payable, revenue collection, and payroll; set expectations, manage performance, and foster accountability and growth.
- Collaborate with the finance leadership team to align on financial strategy, reporting priorities, and organizational goals.
