About the Opportunity
- Shape and guide financial decision-making through the creation, oversight, and reinforcement of internal financial frameworks
- Design and maintain control mechanisms that safeguard organizational resources, workflows, and operational integrity
- Provide hands‑on leadership to the accounting function, fostering accountability, collaboration, and efficiency
- Support, develop, and coach team members through ongoing guidance and performance support
- Monitor protections around incoming funds, expenditures, and departmental and company‑wide financial plans
- Ensure all financial activity is captured accurately and within required timelines
