Position Title: Accounting Specialist

The Accounting Specialist, reports to the Manager, Finance Accounting Canada and is responsible for providing support on period-end closing activities, general accounting, with a focus on cash management, finance transformation and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Review and monitor daily cash positions
- Maintain accurate financial records and transactions and ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations and company policies
- Additional resource to support managing Deduction levels
- Cost avoidance behind Double Dipping project
- Support the timely production and submission of statutory and internal financial reports for payroll, tax, risk management and other regulatory bodies as required.
