Accounts Payable Accountant
Responsibilities
- Reviewing, coding, and processing accounts payable invoices within OpenInvoice in a timely manner and with a high level of accuracy
- Liaise with field personnel to manage invoice flow in OpenInvoice and process invoices, assist with coding requirements and approval limits/authority levels
- Assist with vendor queries; verify, investigate, and resolve any discrepancies within vendor accounts, which may result in reconciling and recording journal entries in Qbyte FM
- Record manual accounts payable & receivable entries in Qbyte FM
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
