Job Description
Our Quebec client is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join the team on a permanent basis.
Salary: Up to $60,000
Requirements of the role:
•Minimum 3+ years Accounts Payable experience required
• Fluency in French is mandatory; professional proficiency in English.
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles, processes, and procedures
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Must be able to work in fast paced, high volume environment and adapt to change
• Excellent time management
• Experience with using ERP systems, in particular Netsuite is a bonus
