Job Description
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to support our growing real estate portfolio. This role goes beyond basic invoice processing—you will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and supporting the broader accounting team.
You will work closely with our accounting team and property managers to ensure vendor payments, reconciliations, and financial records are accurate, timely, and well‑documented.
Key Responsibilities- Process high-volume vendor invoices with accuracy and proper coding across multiple properties
