Accounts Payable Specialist
The Accounts Payable Specialist, part of the Finance division, will be responsible for administering and recording expenses (overhead, employee expenses, reimbursements, credit card reconciliation) as well as supplier master data.
Who You Are
- At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable in Brazil.
- Proven expertise in processing and performing the accounting registration for local payment methods, including Boleto Bancário and PIX.
- Experience with other Latin American countries is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Brazilian tax requirements applicable to bill payments, including knowledge of withholding taxes (e.g., IRRF, PIS/COFINS, ISS).
- Experience with NetSuite and/or other ERP systems.
