Accounts Receivable Clerk / Accounts Receivable Representative
Salary: $25.00/hr
Location: Brampton, ON (In-office only – no work from home)

Duties:
• Monitor customer accounts and track payment status
• Perform collections follow-ups on overdue accounts
• Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Generate and review aging reports to identify outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications
Assets / Requirements:
• High school diploma required; post-secondary in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
• Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable or related experience
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
