Pay: $21.50/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Contract: July 20, 2026 – Approximately September 15, 2026
We are currently hiring a Temporary Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk on behalf of our client in Mississauga. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with hands‑on accounts receivable experience who is available to start July 20th for a temporary assignment through approximately September 15th.
Responsibilities
- Process cheque deposits accurately and efficiently
- Apply customer payments to the appropriate accounts
- Reconcile credit card, EFT, ACH, and cheque payments
- Process credit card payments through online payment portals
- Perform collection calls and follow up on outstanding accounts
- Create customer invoices and issue credits as required
