Accounts Receivable Specialist
to join a property management organization known for its team-oriented culture and long-standing employee retention. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-driven, thrives on problem-solving, and understands the unique aspects of property accounting. What You’ll Do: Post new client data and payments, ensuring accuracy across ledgers and systems. Manage daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledgers. Monitor aged receivables, follow up on overdue accounts, and arrange payment plans. Prepare notices, letters, and required documentation in compliance with residential tenancy regulations. Work with property managers and legal representatives on collections and tribunal filings. Update tenant records, including parking allocations and account changes.
