Activities Assistant
The Nashville Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a motivated and compassionate Activities Assistant to join our growing team.
Position Summary:
The Activities Assistant supports the planning and implementation of engaging recreational programs designed to enhance the quality of life for our residents. This role requires creativity, organization, and a genuine passion for working with individuals in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Facilitate and lead group activities for residents
+ Encourage participation and accurately document attendance
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of activity supplies
+ Provide one-on-one activities tailored to resident needs
+ Assist with transporting residents to and from activities
+ Support outings, special events, and other assigned duties
+ Complete charting, evaluations, and documentation during shift
