TD Reinsurance (Barbados) Inc. (TDRB) is a reinsurance company domiciled in Barbados, a subsidiary of The Toronto‑Dominion Bank (TD Bank). TDRB has operated for over 30 years and is regulated locally by The Financial Services Commission.
TDRB assumes Life & Health Insurance risks from Canadian primary insurers and General Insurance risks from an affiliate in the TD Bank Group. It also manages risks from large European reinsurers.
Actuarial Analyst – Job Summary
The Actuarial Analyst reports directly to the Senior Manager Actuary and supports actuarial functions across TDRB operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Financial Reporting and Validation – produce monthly financial statements, prepare SAS input, validate SAS output, income statements, and balance sheets, document and resolve issues, and identify process improvements.
