Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
• General office administration and filing (digital & physical)
• Managing emails, basic scheduling, and correspondence
• Preparing basic documents, quotes, and invoices
• Assisting with supplier and customer follow-ups
• Capturing and filing invoices and expenses for the accountant
• Handling phone calls and general office support
• Assisting with procurement admin and purchase orders
• Ad-hoc admin and PA support as required
Desired Experience & Qualification
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Good written and verbal communication (English required; Afrikaans advantageous)
• Basic computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Willingness to learn and take instruction
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
