Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Manager to join our restaurant business. The successful candidate will play a key role in administration, bookkeeping support, stock control, and supplier management, and must have previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture, update and review entries in the accounting system
- Perform basic bookkeeping functions, including invoice and statement checks
- Order food and beverage stock in line with operational requirements
- Receive stock and ensure accurate recording in the stock management system
- Monitor and manage stock movement, variances, and regular stock counts
- Prepare supplier payments based on approved invoices and reconciled statements
- Maintain accurate admin records and filing systems
- Liaise with suppliers and internal management regarding orders and queries
