Job Description

Job Title: Part-Time Admin & Client Management Coordinator (Meal Prep)

Company: Nutrition Ninja (Sandton / Bryanston area)

Job Type: Part-time (24 hours/week)

Work Days/Times: Monday, Wednesday, Friday — 08:00 to 16:00

Start Date: immediate

About the Role

Nutrition Ninja is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to support our day-to-day administration and client management. This role also includes basic operations support to help get meal preps ready for delivery/pickup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client communication (mainly WhatsApp) and update client details
  • Capture and update orders, subscriptions, plan changes, allergies and fasting days
  • Assist with invoicing and payment follow-ups (Xero or similar)
  • Learn and manage our client/meal system
  • Print labels, track delivery slips, and file paperwork correctly
