Responsibilities
- Prepare high‑quality proposals, presentations, marketing materials, tour books, maps, and floor plans.
- Perform real‑estate administrative tasks, such as updating databases and files, maintaining MLS listings, and managing documents related to transactions.
- Coordinate schedules for sales professionals and record action items during meetings.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and emails confidently to provide answers to general inquiries.
- Produce eye‑catching social media posts and other communication materials while maintaining the CBRE brand.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of customer service.
- Coordinate sales events such as open houses and other industry events.
- Carry out special projects as requested.
