The Central Europe Field of the Church of the Nazarene is made up of 13 countries, each with its own language, culture, and expression of God’s transforming grace. The Field Strategy Coordinator (FSC) provides spiritual and strategic leadership to these ministries, helping local leaders, districts, and compassionate initiatives flourish and build interdependent churches within the Church of the Nazarene.
The FSC Assistant plays a vital role in this mission, helping ensure that the work of the field moves forward with clarity, efficiency, and prayerful coordination.
