What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting our sales team in managing accounts and maintaining client relationships
- Communicating customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement
- Utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Assisting with final reviews of print mail pieces before orders are finalized and printed for shipment — attention to detail is extremely important
