As an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Proficient skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and more.
Develop, compose, and format templates, spreadsheets, documents, reports, as well as correspondence.
Create, maintain, and update data that impacts site functionality ( Instructional Manuals/SOPs, Education Tracker, Emergency Binders, New Employee Orientation checklists and packages for different disciplines, Resident Welcome and Admission Packages, Resident and Family Council).
