Overview
What is the opportunity? The Investment Counsellor Services (ICS) Account Opening Group is a team of administrators responsible for the timely acceptance, validation and preparation of clients before opening accounts.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate acceptance and opening of all new account requests and account modification requests.
- Create, review and update desk operating procedures and identify and resolve recurring problems to ensure corrective actions and proper procedures are in place.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures currently in place, identify any gaps in processes that might increase risk, and highlight to management for remediation.
- Ensure second level review is completed on identified processes within the team and escalate issues or potential problems to management for resolution.
