P osition Summary
We are seeking an experienced, results‑oriented Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead operations for a large skilled nursing facility. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, financial and operational management, and proven CMS/NYS survey experience to drive quality, regulatory compliance, and staff engagement.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide overall executive leadership and day‑to‑day operational oversight of the facility.
+ Ensure regulatory compliance and lead survey/readiness activities with CMS and NYS DOH; successfully manage plans of correction.
+ Drive clinical and operational quality metrics (QAPI, CMS star measures, readmissions, infection prevention).
