About the role
The Administrator, Shared Services is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and account maintenance activities within the shared services portfolio. This role supports operational efficiency and ensures data integrity across customer accounts by collaborating with internal stakeholders including Contact Centre, Collections, Fraud, Legal, Funding, Renewals, Discharge and Finance.

- Process financial and non‑financial transactions, including adjustments, payments, reversals and account updates.
