Job Description
SUMMARY
Under the leadership of the Reservoir Lead Pastor of Adult Groups, the primary responsibility for the Minister of Adult Groups at the Pinelake Reservoir Campus will be to identify, shepherd, and mobilize people, leaders, and coaches who learn from Christ, live in Christ, and lead other people to Christ. These responsibilities include the invention, execution, ownership and ongoing growth discipleship opportunities for all adults. This role works in unison with the Reservoir Campus Adult Groups Team to assimilate people in our Discipleship Pathway and recruit, develop, and equip servant leader teams to support the Pathway.
