In this role, you will design a comprehensive training system for the RCAF, covering aircraft type conversion, synthetic training sequences, and practical flight training. Your expertise will ensure procedural standardization and effective program delivery to military pilots.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop the pilot training curriculum
• Deliver classroom and synthetic device training sessions
• Participate in acceptance testing of courseware and equipment
