Responsibilities
- be the first contact with the customer, so that they feel comfortable; your welcome, your empathy and your professionalism will be put to good use;
- to identify the customer's needs by collecting the necessary data for prescription preparation;
- to prepare prescriptions and detect potential problems for the customer;
- take on responsibilities related to specialized tasks, such as dispill management, robot management, complex lectures, etc.;
- be a reference for their pharmacy assistant colleagues and act as a mentor.
