Overview
Reporting to the Manager of AQP Training Design, the AQP Training Designer collaborates with pilots and SMEs to design and deliver performance-driven, engaging, and innovative training solutions. This role utilizes instructional systems design (ISD) methodology in line with the Advanced Qualifications Program (AQP) standards to meet training requirements.
Responsibilities
- Acquire data and conduct data analysis to identify training gaps and needs, collaborating with SMEs to develop training footprints and lesson outlines.
- Design, develop, and revise instructor-led and web-based courseware by choosing appropriate adult learning theoretical frameworks, instructional design principles, and best practices.
